Associate Attorney
David Nigro has a broad range of legal experience. Formerly a civil defense litigator for a large
defense firm, he also practiced several years in the consumer bankruptcy arena. Most recently,
David worked for a non-profit firm as a Legal Service Coordinator for men and women who were
recently released from prison. He worked on resolving their outstanding court fines, obtaining
valid driver’s licenses, and securing social security and birth documents. David’s diverse
experience as a lawyer brings a unique value to MC Law Group. As an immigration attorney
with MC Law Group, LLC, David is driven to deliver results for his clients as he continues to
work tirelessly on behalf of those seeking protection from deportation. David graduated from
Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and obtained a Master’s Degree from
Saint Joseph’s University in Criminal Justice. He attended Widener University Delaware School
of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate. David is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania,
New Jersey, New York and Florida.
On his free time, David enjoys being a father and spending time with his daughter, Isabella.
Additionally, he loves traveling, camping, and visiting the beautiful state of Maine. David is also
an avid Eagles, Sixers, Phillies, and Villanova basketball fan. He enjoys reading thriller novels –
particularly books by authors Dan Brown and John Grisham.
