Mauricio was born in Puebla, Mexico but grew up in Pennsylvania. He stood witness to how his parents immigrated to the United States in search of a better future. They worked long hours and often, took on several jobs at a time to provide for the rest of their family back in Mexico. His parents inculcated in Mauricio the importance of hard work, independence, and love of family. Fiercely independent, Mauricio is a testament to how he was raised. He has worked in various industries as a pizzeria manager, line cook, package handler, and in a catering company. He joined the firm in January of 2021 as a File Clerk/Interpreter and shortly after, was promoted to a paralegal for the Submissions Department. His main responsibility is to assist lawyers in preparing submissions for court.
Athletic by nature, Mau loves to run. Running helps him manage the stress of work. He also dabbles in photography and is an excellent cook.
